In no event will BDC Technologies Pvt Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client will be responsible for all fees accrued up until the termination date.

9. Governing Law
